The “Palais Salfeldt” is one of Quedlinburg`s most magnificent and genteel residential mansions of the 16^th century right at the centre of the historical town. It was restored by the “Deutsche Stiftung Denkmalschutz” (The German foundation for monument protection) and turned into an impressive conference and congress centre as well as a cultural forum – combining baroque heritage with modern standards and architectural design.

Our restaurant is situated in the plenum chamber of the 17^th century. With its cross-shaped vaults and original handmade bricks it offers an appealing contrasting experience to the modern architecture of the surrounding conference centre.

In 2008 our restaurant was rated by the Gault Millau at 13 points. 
The German gourmet magazine “Feinschmecker” accorded an “F”.

Besides our daily “à la carte” we gladly arrange individual menus
or buffets for you in our restaurant or other locations in Quedlinburg. 
We are the official caterer of the “Palais Salfeldt” conference and congress centre
and are happy to assist you with the organization of a family celebration,
a get together or a business lunch or dinner.

For your individual celebrations you can also book our restored 450 years old sandstone vaulted cellar beneath the hotel. During the summer we can offer you our  courtyard for special occasions.
